ASHS' Human Movement (M.S.) program offers college courses in human movement online for the highest quality education in human movement, performance enhancement, and corrective exercise through a flexible distance education. The human movement graduate degree program is offered in a format that enables healthcare providers and those practicing human movement, fitness, and wellness to gain the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to provide leadership in advanced human movement services.

The Human Movement (M.S.) program will admit human movement, health and fitness, and healthcare professionals with diverse graduate education, work history, and life experiences who have demonstrated capacity to pursue a rigorous course of graduate study and increasingly responsible positions in health, fitness, and healthcare.

Candidates must have achieved a minimum 2.50 program GPA (on a 4.0 scale). Candidates are expected to be computer literate and experienced in word processing. All curricula require extensive computer usage. Accepted applicants are required to have a personal computer prior to matriculation and have access to a high-speed internet connection. Candidates must submit an application form. Candidates must identify references from: 1) a present or former faculty member, academic advisor, or employer, and 2) a human movement/healthcare professional. Letters from an educational consulting service will not qualify. Applicants must provide official transcripts from all educational institutions where they have been awarded a degree.
