Washington College, located at Chestertown in Maryland's Eastern Shore, was established in 1782 by George Washington. This was the first College licensed in America. It is a private institution, ranking among the country’s top 100 liberal arts’ Colleges. This College has 1,200 undergraduates from 35 states and 40 countries.
